Izzy is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Auckland in 2025. She has a strong foundation in exercise prescription and assessment, and is passionate about helping people stay motivated to move for long-term health and longevity. Izzy has experience supporting individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions and a wide range of chronic diseases, and has a particular interest in using exercise and movement to support people with neurological conditions to improve function, confidence, and quality of life.

In her downtime, Izzy enjoys staying active through sport and dance, and you’ll often find her outdoors or at the beach with a crochet hook in hand.
