I’m Caitlyn and I graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy). My journey into neurological rehabilitation began during my placement at Community Stroke Rehab through Middlemore, where I discovered my passion for this field. 

I have always loved playing sports, and growing up, I spent most of my weekends at the netball courts or pony club. This passion for health and well-being led me to qualify as a personal trainer through AUT, and the gym feels like my second home; I love the grind that comes with it!

I genuinely enjoy supporting clients in their rehabilitation journeys and assisting them in achieving long-term well-being.
