Neurological Physiotherapist

Hannah graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Following graduation she worked in a large teaching trust in Manchester for over 5 years, covering a wide range of rotations including stroke rehabilitation and movement disorder clinics. Prior to moving to New Zealand, Hannah worked as a senior physiotherapist in community rehabilitation, treating a wide range of conditions including stroke and progressive neurological disorders. Whilst living in Auckland, she has worked for 3 years in Auckland City Hospital within the Falls team and rehabilitation wards, gaining valuable experience in neuro-rehab.

Hannah has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, and has completed training in areas such as Bobath and PD Warrior in order to deliver high quality evidence-based practice. Hannah strongly believes that building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their whānau is the key to achieving patient-centered goals.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys exploring Aotearoa’s beautiful landscapes – camping, hiking and swimming. On the colder days you will find Hannah exploring the breweries and cafés!
