Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sciences from the University of Auckland, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology. During her studies, she was awarded a summer research position with the Enhancing Spontaneous Recovery after Stroke Study (ESPRESSo), where she developed a strong interest in and appreciation for neurological rehabilitation.

Lucy has gained valuable experience in both private and community-based rehabilitation settings, specialising in cardiac rehabilitation, metabolic conditions, and mental health. Now a part of the Rope Neuro team, Lucy is a firm advocate for holistic healthcare and is committed to understanding her clients’ unique needs.

She believes in building strong relationships with her clients to create a solid foundation that supports the achievement of their rehabilitation goals. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing football, and participating in water and snow sports.
