Tessa earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in 2018 and brings nearly 7 years of expertise in acute and subacute inpatient neurological rehabilitation. She holds several specialty certifications, including Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Neuro Developmental Treatment for adults with brain injury, and lymphedema management. Tessa also has valuable experience in spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation through her leadership in her hospital’s certified SCI program.

Her clinical focus includes working with individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, SCI, and Parkinson’s disease. Tessa is committed to delivering patient-centered care that promotes neurological recovery and helps people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Tessa is excited to begin a new chapter in New Zealand with her husband, Andy, and their 3-year-old daughter, Sutton. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her exploring local coffee shops and breweries, enjoying the outdoors with her family, or practicing yoga
